Deborah Durbin started her career in property investment in 2013 and has since built up a successful property portfolio.

 

An already established journalist and author, Secrets to Successful Property Investment is Deborah's latest book which details how anyone can become a property investor and a BTL landlord.

 

Deborah has experienced everything from buying a property at auction to building her own cottage and everything in between.

 

Secrets to Successful Property Investment details her journey of securing deposits and mortgages to managing contractors, dealing with cowboy builders and death threats from tenants, to building up a large portfolio of rental properties.

Deborah is a member of the NRLA (National Residential Landlord's Association) and PIMS (Property Information Made Simple). She is a registered PAT Tester (Portable Appliance Testing) and is part of North Somerset Council's Homeless Prevention Scheme, helping to provide homes for families who might otherwise be homeless.
